Black Waters Collection - coming soon
This new Summer 2023 10-piece series features abstract paintings
The paintings in this collection are unique and varied, built upon a foundation of squares, the building blocks of my work. The areas of black flow through the paintings like "liquid" waters, directing your eye through, and across, each piece. Some paintings were created on canvas, some on paper, and others on wood. The paintings on wood are "carved," meaning I carved the contour lines around the black areas directly into the wood, then filled them with gold paint. Visit each image below and read more details:
